This week’s stories circle the same idea, possibly without really meaning to:

What do we leave behind when we create something?

Sometimes it’s obvious — a performance, a play, a body of work. Other times it’s quieter. A voice people recognize. A story someone finally feels seen in. A home filled with decades of music and memory. Even the old stories we keep returning to generation after generation.

Tyrese Pope’s creative career doesn’t follow a straight line — and that’s exactly what makes it interesting. The St. Pete artist has moved between theater, sound design, digital media, and internet culture with a kind of curiosity that feels increasingly rare.
